Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports a DWI arrest in the Village of Gowanda at 11 p.m. Tuesday, September 30.
Erie County Sheriff Deputies responded to a drunk driver call on Buffalo Street in the Village of Gowanda. When Deputy Zamorek arrived he stopped the vehicle and initiated an investigation of the driver. During the Deputy’s investigation the driver appeared intoxicated.
The driver, Lacee Sotkovski, 36 of Collins, was taken to the North Collins Substation where she submitted to a chemical test. The results of the test indicated a BAC level of .14%. Deputies charged Sotkovski with DWI, failing to signal and consuming alcohol in a vehicle.
Sotkovski was released on Appearance Tickets and is awaiting a court date.
