Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a voyeur for taking photos from underneath women’s dresses.
Erie County Sheriff’s Detectives were called to respond to reports of a female being followed by a suspicious male at a local store. Working with store security Detectives were able to verify a male suspect was following the female and attempting to use a devise to view under the victim’s clothing.
Detectives identified the suspect by utilizing the in-store surveillance cameras. Detectives interviewed Joseph Przemielewski, 43 of Cheektowaga, at his residence and discovered two “pen cameras.”
Detectives charged Przemielewski on September 23, with one felony count of Unlawful Surveillance in the Second Degree. He scheduled to appear in West Seneca Town Court on October 10, at 7 p.m.
