• Narcotics Arrest - Parwulski

    Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the late evening arrest of a Lancaster woman for narcotics and marijuana possession plus a suspended driver's license following a reckless driving complaint.
    Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Soluri responded to Transit Rd. in the Town of Clarence for a report of a reckless driver coming into Clarence from the Town of Amherst late Monday evening. The vehicle was located and stopped on Transit Rd. by Deputy Soluri, assisted by Amherst Pd.
    Upon further interview and investigation, it was determined that the driver, 27 y/o Amber L. Parwulski of Walden Ave. in Lancaster, had 6 active suspensions on her driver's license.
    She was also found to be in possession of almost 50 narcotic pills and a small amount of marijuana.
    Parwulski was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree (C Felony), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd, and other traffic violations.
    Her vehicle was towed from the scene and she was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and held pending her arraignment in the Town of Clarence Court.
