Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces the arrest of two individuals who kicked in a door to a residence and stole over $12,000 in property and cash.
Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Robert Rovison, Jr., 18, Grand Island and James “Little Jimmy” Mysliwiec, 21, Grand Island, on August 6, on multiple felonies and misdemeanors.
The suspects are accused of forcibly entering through an outside door and kicking in bedroom door to a residence in Grand Island. The suspects are accused of stealing:

2 guns – shotgun and rifle
Gun case
Laptop
$4000 loose change
A statue worth $5000
Rovison is charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny 3rd and 4th Degrees, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree all felonies and one count of Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor.
James Mysliwiec is charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property all felonies and one misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief.
