Erie County Sheriff's Office Deputies made two arrests involving members of a national crime ring known as the 'Felony Lane Gang'. On June 26 an Elma bank contacted the Sheriff's to report that a person was attempting to pass fraudulent documents by use of the drive up teller. Alert Deputies located and apprehended a Florida resident, Valerie Miller, as she attempted to flee the bank. Investigation revealed Miller had been complicit with others in this crime. Deputies soon apprehended an accomplice, Natasha Striggles, of NYC, as she was attempting to flee from a Lancaster hotel.
Miller and Striggles are members of the Felony Lane Gang, a criminal group believed responsible for numerous larcenies across the Eastern United States. Both are suspects in a number of similar crimes in multiple local jurisdictions.
