• Narcotics Arrests - Morgan & Musser

    Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announced today the execution of two separate warrants in conjunction with the Hamburg Police Department in the towns of Boston and Sardinia. The raids were conducted in the early morning hours resulting in felony arrests for narcotics and firearms.
    ECSO Deputies raided the residence of Glen Morgan, 32 years old, of 12099 Allen Rd in Sardinia. There Deputies seized more than a pound of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and LSD. Mr. Morgan is charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors including endangering the welfare of a child.
    In the Town of Boston, Deputies, assisted by Hamburg Police Detectives, raided a dwelling at 6502 Omphalius Road. During the execution of the warrant officers seized marijuana, cocaine, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia and weapons. Arrested were Jamie Musser, 33 years old; Lawrence J. Musser, 31 years old; Thomas J. Musser, 22 years old; and Lawrence H. Musser, 60 years old. Three members of the Musser family: Jamie, Lawrence J. and Lawrence H., are charged with two felonies and various misdemeanors. Thomas Musser is charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration for attacking Hamburg Detectives during the execution of the warrant.
    Officers indicated that this is the third warrant execution at this address for suspected illegal activity.
    Sr. Detective Alan Rozansky stated, “We haven’t seen LSD in blotter form in several years. Also, we are noticing continued growth of Crystal Meth use outside of the city; this is becoming a real issue in the rural areas.”
    All individuals have been transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
