Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Springville resident for DWI and other charges after a one car personal injury crash in Concord on Friday night.
While on patrol in Concord at approximately 9:30PM, Deputy Eric Szkatulski responded to the call of a one car crash on Cattaraugus Road in Concord. After investigating the crash, the Deputy arrested the driver: Paul J. Kreutzer (54) and charged him with DWI and Failure to Maintain the Road. Kreutzer was transported by ambulance to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville (non – life threatening injuries) where a blood sample was secured to determine his blood alcohol content (lab results pending). He was processed and released at the hospital on appearance tickets for Concord Court.
This was the 102nd arrest for DWI by Sheriff’s Road Patrols in 2014.
