Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Delevan man for DWI and other traffic related charges by Sheriff’s Road Patrols Monday night following a one car crash on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.
At approximately 11:00PM on Monday night, Deputies Ryan Rogers and Ken Achtyl responded to the complaint of a one car property damage crash on Rt. 438 near Taylor Hollow Road. After investigating the crash, the Deputies arrested the driver: Jonathan C. Dombrowski (24) of Delevan and charged him with Aggravated DWI, Imprudent Speed, Failure to Maintain the Roadway and Failure to Keep Right. A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .20%, over twice the legal limit. He was processed at the North Collins Station and released on appearance tickets.
This was the 100th DWI arrest by Sheriff’s Road Patrols in 2014.
