The Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two women yesterday following complaints of two separate accidents.
The first report was of a two vehicle injury accident on Newhouse Rd where after Deputy Biegasiewicz investigated he found that one of the drivers, Deidre Continelli of Clarence, was intoxicated. She refused any chemical tests to determine her blood alcohol content and she was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court.
In the second report, one of the drivers of the two vehicle accident, Amy Fisher of Elma, left the scene of the accident on Bullis Rd. She was found a short time later and Deputy Szczepanski determined she was intoxicated. Fisher took a chemical test to determine her blood alcohol content, which was .16%. She was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Elma Court.
