The Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 3 local men following a complaint of a large, disorderly party at the Staybridge Suites in the Town of Clarence on 03/16/14. Deputies Nati, Rozycki and Stott responded to the hotel and found 30-40 people in the room rented by Brian Benjamin of Cheektowaga. He was arrested and charged with Criminal Nuisance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was later released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clarence Court. The other two subjects, Donald Woods of Amherst and Rayshawn Stover of Buffalo, were belligerent and uncooperative with patrol the entire time so were subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct.
