The Sheriff's Office the early morning arrest of a Williamsville man for DWI after a traffic stop on Susan Dr. in the Town of Clarence.
While on patrol a little after 1:00am on Saturday morning in the Town of Clarence, Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Lee Richard stopped a vehicle driven by 36 y/o Navinder S. Arora of Williamsville for a traffic violation on Susan Dr.
Upon further interview and field sobriety testing, it was discovered that Arora was intoxicated. Arora was arrested and charged with DWI. He refused any further processing and chemical breath testing. His vehicle was towed from the scene with a DWI hold.
Arora was later released to a third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
This was the 45th DWI arrest by the Erie County Sheriff's Office this year.
