  • DWI Drugs Arrest - Henry

    The Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Depew teenager on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Main St in the Town of Clarence. On 03/05/14 at 130 am Keandre Henry was pulled over by Deputies Biegasiewicz and Richard for driving without headlights and for a lane violation. An odor of marijuana was emanating from the vehicle and Henry was found to be driving without a license. He and a juvenile passenger were charged with marijuana possession and Henry was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child and DWI-drugs. A check of the vehicle revealed that it had been reported stolen by the juvenile’s mother so both were also charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The juvenile was released to parents on a Family Court appearance ticket and Henry was taken to the holding center to be held pending arraignment
